Wilbur & Sabastian's Story
Wilbur & Sabastian's is a small family (and friends) run catering company. Composed of Christina, Malcolm and a handful of previous coworkers, we're quickly gaining the reputation as the "little catering company with a big heart". Our services include corporate events, memorials, engagement parties, graduations, birthdays, backyard bar b ques and everything in between.
We service events from 30 to 100 guests and can provide full service as well as delivery and set up.
We can provide as much or as little as the client wants, and no two events are ever the same.
Our menu features items made from scratch and whenever possible, with local ingredients.
We're also regulars at various local craft-fairs and farmer's markets in the Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge and Langley areas. We're known for our Empanadas, Cookies, Loaves and on special days, our Cinnamon Buns are a messy treat you can't resist!

All menus feature grazing platters and small bite-sized treats.
Price per person, based on a minimum of 30 guests. For this type of event we are able to provide staffing and service for up to 100 guests.

Standard menus feature 1 protein, 1 starch, 1 hot vegetable side dish, 2 salads, rolls, and butter.
Signature menus feature a choice of 2 proteins, 1 starch, 2 hot vegetable side dish, 2 salads, rolls, and butter.
Luxe menus feature a choice of 2 proteins, 2 starch, 3 hot vegetable side dish, 2 salads, rolls, and butter.

Backyard Grill featuring hand-made beef burgers, marinated chicken breasts, smokies, and hand-made veggie burgers, 2 salads, buns and condiments.
* client must provide a working grill at the venue
Smokehouse Grill featuring smoked brisket, smoked pork shoulder, 2 salads, jalapeno mac & cheese, corn bread and condiments.
Big Smokehouse Grill featuring smoked brisket, smoked pork shoulder, smoked chicken legs and thighs, smoked chorizo, jalapeno mac & cheese, 2 salads, corn bread and condiments.

Staffing & Service
All our orders come in proper serving ware.
Delivery & Setup is included with all orders over $500. For order under $500 a $25 delivery charge will be added to the invoice.
For staffed events, Servers can be provided at the rate of $30/hr for a minimum of 4 hours.
Staffed events are subject to the availability of staff.
Please note that these menus are flexible and that no two events are ever the same.
